Shipping policy

Order Processing 

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey to you. 

Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST may begin processing the following business day.

Shipping Methods 

We ship using trusted carriers like USPS and UPS through PirateShip to ensure reliable delivery and affordable rates. Shipping options and costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. 

Free Shipping 

Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $100 within the United States. For orders under $100, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. Free shipping applies to the order subtotal before taxes.

Delivery Estimates 

Most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days from the shipping date. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

Where We Ship 

We currently ship within the United States. 
International shipping is not available yet—but we hope to offer it in the future! If you are outside the U.S. and interested in Sojura, feel free to reach out at hello@shopsojura.com. International shipping requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

Lost or Delayed Packages 

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to change shipping addresses once an order has been processed. we are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If your package is marked “delivered” but you haven’t received it, we recommend checking with your local post office or UPS access point. Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for stolen or missing packages after delivery confirmation. If it’s returned to us due to an undeliverable address, you will be responsible for reshipping costs. 

If a package appears to be lost in transit and has not been delivered within 14 days of the shipping date, please contact us so we can assist with a carrier investigation.

By placing an order with Sojura, you acknowledge that shipping timelines are estimates and that delivery confirmation provided by the carrier serves as proof of delivery.
