What is the return policy?
We accept returns on unused, non-customized items in original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery. Items marked final sale and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

When will I get my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once shipped, most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days.
If your item is a pre-order item, your order will be processed and shipped as noted in the product description.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on U.S. orders over $100. For orders below that threshold, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
What are the dimensions of the backpack?
The Adella Backpack was designed to fit under most airplane seats, including budget carriers.
It measures 16.5" (41.9 cm) tall, 11.5" (29.2 cm) across, and 5" (12.7 cm) deep.
It weighs 1.8 lb when empty.
How do I care for my backpack?
Wipe soiled areas with a soft cloth and warm water. Mild soap can be used for tougher spots. Let air dry. Do not machine wash.
